In 2015, a devastating motorcycle accident left him with 28 broken bones, 43 surgeries, and three brushes with death. Doctors said he would never walk again. But through unrelenting grit, unbreakable will, and an unshakable belief in human strength, he defied every limitation placed before him.
What began as a fight for survival became a journey of transformation. From hospital bed to barbell, he rebuilt himself—muscle by muscle, rep by rep-into something stronger than before.
Out of that fire came Styrkr, the Old Norse word for strength.
Styrkr Performance and Conditioning is more than a training company-it's a testament to resilience. It stands for every man and woman who refuses to quit, who chooses to rise when life hits hardest, and who believes that true power is forged through struggle.
